The dripping from the ceiling is when the plane catches a cloud, it cannot escape so it starts to cry.

Condensation - warm cabin air hitting the rapidly decreasing temp of the cabin plastics until the air con circulates and drys the air out and it will go quickly - but i should not happen at all really
