U guys think getting a shot in the eyelid hurts? My mom thinks I need it on the freaking eye since I have this weird thing on it :0 if I do get a shot look for my grave :0
I had a stye before and it got bigger and bigger so i used my own hands i popped it. i thought it would completely go away but after poopping it i still have a mark on my eyes. i feel so insecure about my looks. Can somebody please help me what should i do to get rid of the mark in my eyes. i would rally appreciate it.
Cucumber cucumber like till you can't stand it any more. All day put cumcumber on it like I used two slices a day put it on when it got warm I switched. Don't believe me try it

i woke up this morning it looks like i got punched in my eye i looked inside my eye and found a white head on the bottom eye lid of my eye i popped it and the swollen went down and i been hot packing it so it don't come back im not going to the doctor for him to stab me in the eye so the pain gets worse :)
I used a hot cloth on my eye that had a small stye, and it really worked :) the sad and boring part is leaving in on yer eye for a frickin long time, but it works.
(Cont) and THIS one is the worst so far...have the whole red swollen lower part of my upper eyelid but after hot compresses yesterday I awoke today with swelling ABOVE the eyelid and below the brow and also puffy patches BENEATH my eye. Scary. Doing motrin and COLD compresses now to relief all that extra swelling. Going to take some left over zithromax later. And the ITCHING and pain and ITCHING. Ugh! Started happening following an eye exam 2 years ago. :( never had b4 in my life!

All was getting better-had some dry skin on it that would rub off then here I am a week later wif ANOTHER
@bubblyface17 it depends hon'. do you ever fall asleep with your make-up on? like you get home from a party and you've had a wee-bit too much fun? what can happen is you fall asleep, and you can accidentally rub eyeliner or mascarra into your eye, causing an infection. dust particles with the strep bacteria. those that say "hot compresses make it worse, it's even puffier" yes, it's a pain in the butt. but think of it as giving the bacteria a "fever" and you're "frying/killing" it.
@bubblyface17 so, keep a hot compress on it, not scalding, but it still needs to be hot, just close your eye and relax. don't use eyeliner UNLESS it has the cap on it, keep the pencil sharpener clean, use rubbing alcohol from time to time to clean the sharpener. and throw away old masccara, 2 weeks tops, then go shopping for more lol. and DON'T USE MAKE-UP THAT SITS IN YOUR BATHROOM. get a vanity mirror in your room and keep your make-up in a dry/cool place, like in a makeup bag inside a dresser
@bubblyface17 yes, and no... you know the saying "beauty is pain" ? well sometimes there are drawbacks lol. putting on eyeliner on a bus, not good, but if you wake up a bit early to actually sit down in front of a mirror in your room and apply it, good idea. lol. makeup is tested by dermatologists. no company would want to send out a product knowing it would give people owchies lol. my opinion would be to just be safe while doing it and know how to treat your make-up, even while it's on.
@dokushirizo i know it sounds like a pain but all product brands have their own formula's what may do wonders for someone elses skin may wreak havok on another's. don't recycle sponges/applicators. throw away anything that is goopie or crumbly. i know this may sound silly but even getting a little "makeup/fashion club" together is a great way to test products. even body lotions and makeup removers. getting feedback from living people rather than what a magazine says is waaaay more fun lol
Getting them often could mean you have blepharitis which means you are susceptible to getting them. This is dryness in the eyes and lashes need to be cleaned regularly. Google 'blepharitis'

Ugh. I have one now and it's my first one. it's really ugly and tender to the touch. I've been putting a hot wash cloth on it. And it's not doing nothing besides making it more inflamed. very informative! i have one right now, unfortunately been absent from work over the past 3 days... this is actually recurring for me - now i need to be more aware of how we clean our eyelids regularly. btw, my doctor advised me for a cold compress and not a warm compress. Prescription for me are fucithalmic drop and amoxycillin capsules 500mg.

I have a chalazion. had it for two weeks. i think i got it from vaseline getting in my eye. Its hurts and can feel the pain in my throat. i have been given eye cream CHLORAMPHENICOL to use twice a day. When should iexpect to see it go away. It looks awful. ty
