The judge has not yet made a ruling on anything. Every move made by Obama and the DNC has been countered by Berg. Berg also filed an amended complaint on Oct 6th, adding 2 more defendants, and additional arguements. The FEC has until Oct 28th to respond to the original complaint. I do not know if the judge can act before all parties have weighed in or not. I would think not. I would think, he could at least move to discovery, as that only involves the DNC and Obama.

I watched the first debate last night and I'll bet the polls don't move a bit. The election is Obama's to lose (it's a Dem year with every trend pointing to a Dem victory), if he can:
-avoid a major gaffe.
-remain calm and not come across as an angry black man.
-convince voters he's not risky; not a wing-nut Leftist, or too far out of touch with the middle class.
I think Obama achieved all these things in the debate, and consequently he didn't lose any ground. Bad news for McCain.
McCain won the debate...this is one of those debates that people will look into further. for one thing obama got caught telling lies. and obama kept telling McCain he was right. watch...the bradley effect will kick in when it comes time to vote.
Lets not forget that the debate happened on Friday night, where as if they would have had the debate in the middle of the week it would have been alot different. Monday will start a new week and alot of people will be reveiwing the debate, thats when we'll see things alot more differently. That is if Obama or the Dems don't pull something to distract people from reviewing the debate.
Sorry, Sen Obama does not salute the Flag as its an honor to salute or hand over heart when in the presence of the Flag during our Anthem. Americans of Irish descent are allowed duel citizenship in Ireland. The same goes in China, Canada and Mexico. In fact all Jews have duel citizenship to Israel they don't even have to apply.

Both of McCain's parents were US citizens so it doesn't matter. Someone who's a dual citizen of China, Ireland or any of the countries you mention still is not eligible to be POTUS. They must be natural born. That's why Arnold Schwartzenegger can't be POTUS. It's unconstitutional.
The DNC had a well-qualified candidate in Hillary Clinton. But they put forth Obama anyway. McCain: "Country First" vs. Obama, who may be the end of us. If this was taking place in another country, we'd recognize it as an attempted coup. This is serious, folks. The middle east hopes that the raving Obama supporters would riot in mass, requiring the U.S. be put under marital law. Along with the economic crisis... this is indeed a crisis. With foisting a person whose citizenship is in question as their candidate though they could have had a well-liked person in Sen. Hillary Clinton to run for president, the Democratic National Committee have a lot to answer for. Democrats are aiming at a coup?? Obama would not be qualified for an FBI agent, he couldn't pass a security clearance for working for Boeing. The president of the U.S. needs to be above reproach and certainly not endorsed by Hamas, Hezbollah and CAIR!
Power is the only thing that matters. While you are right, the constitution is effectively dead and big business determines what happens not the constitution. None of the politicians will follow the law - they are the law to the extent they are challenged. We needed a good multicultural pres to make the muslims happy while the oil corporations make money trading with them. It's about marketing.

Obama has provided his Hawaiian birth certificate which is a state in the United States. Through his father being Kenyan and Kenya being part of the British Empire in 1961 he automatically had dual citizenship until he was 20 months old which he lost when Kenya declared independence from Britain. He's not a British subject nor does he have allegiance to any crown.

One is called a natural born citizen, because, by the very nature of their birth, they are subject only to the jurisdiction of the nation in which they are born. This can only be achieved by having two US citizen parents and being born in the US. If you are born in the US, you are a citizen - MANY nations including China say that if a Chinese illegally immigrates into the US and is naturalized in the US he is still a Chinese citizen and so are his children. The laws of these nations has no bearing on our laws. My parents were born in India and are naturalized citizen, I was born in New York, USA and I have ZERO allegiance to India, no matter what India says.

Again, the Constitution requires the President to be a "natural born citizen". A natural born citizen, is one born in the country, to parents who are citizens. Being born in the country to one citizen parent, does not qualify, as a natural born citizen. A natural born citizen would never be subject to the laws of a foreign nation. If your parents were citizens here before you were born, then you are a natural born citizen. Obama was not.

That is true. However, his eligibility was questioned. At the time, he was running for Vice President, and it was believed that he was born in Canada. It was proved that he was born in Vermont, and the controversay was dropped. Less than one year ago, it was learned that his father had not become a US citizen until many years after Chester's birth. Anchor babies are NOT "natural born citizens", they are only citizens. If you doubt that, ask your neighbor to show you the law which says that an anchor baby is a "natural born citizen". Hint-don't hold your breath, while your neighbor looks it up, because no US law exists, which states that.

That is correct. The problem with Obama's Birth Certificate is an authetic issue. If I did not believe it was, I would not have posted this or many other videos on the subject. WND has done an outstanding job keeping this issue before the public. The Constitution requires the President to be a natural born citizen-meaning one born within our nation to US citizen parents. Obama and his father were both British Subjects and therefore Obama is not a natural born citizen.

I must admit, I too used to think that the Naturalization Act of 1790 was still in effect. I used this to explain why McCain was a natural born citizen, even though he was born in Panama. I was wrong. McCain is not a natural born citizen either. The law was repealed in 1795. We have all been set up. Neither one of the Candidates was qualified.

It has everything to do with it. Indonesia did not have a dual citizenship agreement with the USA, so when Obama was adopted he lost his US Citizenship. His grandmother, and a half brother and sister in Kenya, say that he was born in Kenya. According to the immigration laws at the time, Obama's mother would have to have been 19 years old to pass citizenship on to him. She was only 18. Obama parents were not US citizens-only his mother. He refuses to show his birth records in court.

Reread the document. You must be a natural born citizen. Your parents citizenship actually doesn't matter. McCain gets around this by being born on a US base to a military parent. That counts as US soil. If Obama is, then producing the birth certicicate should be really easy. Not doing so is just dumb. Leaving doubt for a political person like this, for something so easy to prove makes no sense. Well, unless he can't. I hope this gets sorted out soon, either way.

How do we know he was really born on the base? I heard McCains mom was in town helping orphans when her water broke. She tried to make it back to the base but her baby was actually born in a cab on the way. His military family covered it up and rigged his birth certificate. This was covered by the Naturalization Act of 1790-"the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens". See also S Res 511. John McCain is a natural born citizen of the United States. Obama is still refusing to show his birth records in Court. What is he hiding?

Why this case isn't just taken by the Supreme Court to decide as the election is so near, is absurd? How do you let the Supreme Court know? If Hillary is friends with Berg, she knows who to talk to, are we willing to let this go on?

If it isn't important that the president is a natural born citizen, then is any part of the Constitution important either? It sets a terrible precedent. Many people like Arnold Schwarzeneggar, but he would only run if there were a Constitutional amendment. He respects the law. Obama respects no law. He is a man of lawlessness.

It could be that Obama is waiting for McCain or Palin to say something about this, and then will produce the Documents. Unless they really have the proof, I doubt McCain/Palin will mention this one. There is no legal way to get the documents from Hawaii, without Obama's permission, except by a court order.

The document that was being held showing the embossed seal by factcheck, any professional printer can order the paper, as a graphic artist, I have made the artwork to make such embossing seals. This picture means nothing which they have now. Not having a reaffirmation of allegiance is important. An Indonesian passport is also important.
The court which is hearing this case, could issue the order to produce the documents, is there a court order now? At what point is delaying Contempt of Court?

The judge has not yet made a ruling on anything. Every move made by Obama and the DNC has been countered by Berg. Berg also filed an amended complaint on Oct 6th, adding 2 more defendants, and additional arguements. The FEC has until Oct 28th to respond to the original complaint. I do not know if the judge can act before all parties have weighed in or not. I would think not. I would think, he could at least move to discovery, as that only involves the DNC and Obama.

The problem is that we only have Obama's word that he was born in Hawaii. Even being sued, Obama waited until 3:30 PM, on the last day his response was due, and moved to have the case dismissed. He has flatly refused to show his original Birth Certificate to anyone. The one he posted online has been deemed a fake by three different experts. His Kenyan Grandmother says he was born in Kenya.

I watched the first debate last night and I'll bet the polls don't move a bit. The election is Obama's to lose (it's a Dem year with every trend pointing to a Dem victory), if he can:
-avoid a major gaffe.
-remain calm and not come across as an angry black man.
-convince voters he's not risky; not a wing-nut Leftist, or too far out of touch with the middle class.
I think Obama achieved all these things in the debate, and consequently he didn't lose any ground. Bad news for McCain.
