  • Nice strenght for one leg but in a real front squat the equivalent of the weight you lifted up there would had injured your back as hell. I'd say you can front squat like 300 pounds.

    Yo that's crazy. I was doing weighted pistol squats at the gym while balanced on a bosu ball and I was going down low like that too and it killed my knee and took me a couple weeks before the discomfort left. Doesn't going lower then 90 degrees like that hurt your knees or did I do something wrong?? Keep that shit up fucking sick.
