ahhhhh.. I dont know alia. Im from the south(USA) where sweet potatoe pie comes from. This takes a lot of risk. We may have to call in the Southern Sweet Potatoe Pie Committe. LOL

@SoSoniLove rosewater is too strong. you can just skip the orange blossom water, the pie would still be great.

But i hve a question, y did u use two different sugars for filling??
Is it okay if i use only white sugar??

@chocopie1991 the brown sugar has a deep flavor that the white sugar does not have. so mixing them gives a different taste to the filling.
