Definately 2000, lucky was being brainwashed by Helena, they played it off I think to act like lucky may or may not come to the ball so he wasn't in anything. 1999 NB he was "dead", Nik stepped in as Liz's date. 2001 NB JY and Lucky did participate, it included the recast of Nik (Coltin Scott) and Gia (Becky was pregnant).

Yup definitley 2000 b/c 99 was the year of Bobbie's sex tape which I remeber and the year that the staff did the jive and this wasn't done that year. And 01 was a crossover w/PC.
