As to the campaign and the multiplayer. There are no grunts or elites in the online multiplayer. And brain or no, Mages still rock the socks.

I love being a scout, and their melee isn't that underpowered if you use the combos correctly. The LB+X attack owns people, and gives you a chance to attack them while they are down on the ground dying. I do fully agree with you however. the Mage is soooo overpowered.
i like this game. I'm pretty good with the scout, back-stab and melee. the only thing is, everyone on the demo sucks, and I always end up in the top 3. mostly in first or third. and he's right, there is no balance, at all.

sorry about my last comments but if you notice the orcs in SP are called orc grunts i am guessing they where made crappy for the tut there is a couple orc Warriors and mages that don't take 1 hit infact at the scout part where you have to back stab a orc warrior if you try him without the back stab you will find his health the exact same as an orc warrior online

Well... I guess this has never been done with a LOTR game. And if they do have 150 AI in battles for online then it will be kind of like an online Dynasty Warriors. But we will see how well that holds up.
I liked the multiplayer. I dont think the balance is off. I kick some seriouse fucking ass as a warrior or archer. If i touch you with my warrior you never get up, the combos can go on till your dead. And archer is just fucking simple. Sit back and shoot the shit out of everyone, poison them, bomb them, multi shot them. after about 3 min with the archer when i first started playing i was 16 kills 3 deaths. my warrior is usually around 7 kills 2 deaths. Its not great but the warrior aint easy.
It takes balls to play as a Warrior, but it takes brains to play as a Mage. If you want a match against me in the future, send a FR to my Live Tag "Big Angry Nerd" or my PSN "Big_Angry_Nerd".

Yes. We will see the full game of course. But it's not that often that a Demo is that different from the final product. If it was the Alpha demo. Sure. If it was the Beta demo. Sure. But the demo of the full game? Meh... like I said before. I hope that what were playing is the old Alpha demo.

Yes. It's not a huge problem, but for a Demo it caused me some friction. No grunts online for you to kill, just you against another "officer" I suppose. They could have at least given us a SP map that plays like they want. Grunts, officers, and Heroes. Splitting it didn't set right with me.

Sounds like your using a Warrior. If you were using a Mage you could keep the Barrier up and block the arrows. Use it on and off because it really throws an Archer off his game and allows your magic to recover.

Well... I guess this has never been done with a LOTR game. And if they do have 150 AI in battles for online then it will be kind of like an online Dynasty Warriors. But we will see how well that holds up.

I liked the multiplayer. I dont think the balance is off. I kick some seriouse fucking ass as a warrior or archer. If i touch you with my warrior you never get up, the combos can go on till your dead. And archer is just fucking simple. Sit back and shoot the shit out of everyone, poison them, bomb them, multi shot them. after about 3 min with the archer when i first started playing i was 16 kills 3 deaths. my warrior is usually around 7 kills 2 deaths. Its not great but the warrior aint easy.

Oh I know because it's a tutorial. But don't you find it misleading? I can and did. Yeah. The Troll/Ent healing is annoying. The real problem is what a Troll/Ent can do in a group, because Solo they are in trouble against a Scout or Warrior since they can take 1/2 off their health, and an Archer can Fire Arrow them in the head of some damage. Mage hurts as well

Yes. It's not a huge problem, but for a Demo it caused me some friction. No grunts online for you to kill, just you against another "officer" I suppose. They could have at least given us a SP map that plays like they want. Grunts, officers, and Heroes. Splitting it didn't set right with me.

And a critical hit with a normal arrow is -75%. If the regular arrows were stronger, archer would be out of balance.

Sounds like your using a Warrior. If you were using a Mage you could keep the Barrier up and block the arrows. Use it on and off because it really throws an Archer off his game and allows your magic to recover.
