sad part is.. if you look at say ''muse'' at what they were doing around this time.. id say Halo have them in there pocket all day long... why this band didnt become superstars is beyond me.. doing this kinda thing 10 years ago just imagine how they would sound now after all this time to mature and grow as musicians... i said it then and i'll say it now halo> muse
@proctarian wow, its crazy hearing someone else echo a similiar statement that i made when i was like, i dunno, 11? 12?
i've always come back to this band for real down to earth music without any outside influence other than just the raw emotion possessed in every single one of their songs
even if they didnt gain the mainstream recognition they deserved, their music is still tattooed in my memory as some of the best i've ever heard
This band is awesome and gets way too little attention. I mean, less than 10.000 views is ridiculous for music like this. More people should enjoy this!
i used to be a massive fan of halo from manchester. when i was like 12! at 14 i signed to sony as they did in rock band fear of music. ( wiki or google it) i remember wishing to be just like halo. i guess you get what you wish for! now i'm songwritting and producing in rnb music full time. its funny how things change. looking forward to seeing the exhibition on november 14th 2009!
The drummer of this band is my mates cousin. These guys played a free gig inside a big Virgin Megastores shop here in Bristol (UK). I went with my mate, whos dad also went, and he was talking to his sister (Jim, the drummer's mother...).
Was a cool night, got a free gig from these guys, got to chat with them, hang out for a bit. Shame it was a short set though, but Lunatic Ride is a really great album, they need to make more albums like this!.
This is one of the songs that got me into Rock pretty much, and its so beautiful and inspirational, its one of the songs that made me take up drumming as a full time profesion in my band, D-Minor
then visit my myspace/mybadproductionz...i have sponcerships from bands like...all that remains drowning pool, linkin park, it just goes on! plus funny shit too and ur chance for tv
Heard it the first time in an alternativemetal compilation of my ex-girlf.. in 2003 I bought the album in London, Still here ep too, than nothing, no news from this incredible band.
Thanx so much, it was an year since I was listening to this tune
Any one know what happened to these?

They split up a good few years back but the brothers have a band call The Exhibition... Someone correct me if i'm wrong? its been a while..
I loved Halo so much, used to listen the them none stop and even got the privilege to play a few songs with them after Jim Left, such nice lads.

Unfortunately Halo got dropped from there label, and split up, they have a new band 'The Exhibition'
They're pretty good.
I was also at the virgin instore gig, amazing, but not as good as at the fleece or the lousiana.
