This bothers me on so many levels. First of all, I have no clue who the guy who isn't Gerard is. Second, the fact that "Featuring" is used with Gerard's name. It should be "and" since Gerard sings just as much as the other guy, and it sounds like something from a rap song

Third, I can't believe he agreed to doing this without the rest of MCR. I'm assuming the other guy doesn't have a band, and the people playing are just ramdom musicians.

OK first of all the other guy is one of the most famous singers in Japan, who was in a legendary Jrock group in the 80's and helped pioneer the Jrock genre. It is "featuring" Gerard because this song was released on the label that Kyosuke is signed, and is likely to be released on his next solo album. Also this song is only available on iTunes Japan, and you may find that hard to believe but I think people wouldn't be as likely to buy it if Gerard's name came first.
