When you use this recipe for chicken parmesan don't cut the breast in strips, leave whole, pound and follow the recipe. Cover with marinana sauce, mozzeralla cheese and bake in 375 degree oven until cheese melts. Enjoy!

I use the lowest setting on my oven whenever I want to keep anything warm. 150 degrees works great!
