    1 : if u work out around 8 pm and going to sleep around 2 am to 3am your musuel wont gain do to the fact that its not resting and your body is activ and not resting

    2 : if u sleep bad and wake up broken an hurted its cuss your not geting the prfect timeing of sleep

  • @parado26 GH levels should go up if you do weight training especially training legs and testostorone you can take supplements, or train in the morning when your T-levels are high. do your own research as well
