He's been injured for a year to be fair, was good for Leinster early in the season and then poor for Ireland (as were most players) in November. Give him a full season under Joe Schmidt and he'll be a great asset.

Paddy Wallace is 30 years old. All the rest are correct though and you left out Stephen Ferris the guy is only 23 years old and is Excellent. Plus Dennis Leamy is only 27.
