1) i live in England, UK

2) I have a chemical supplier that deals with UK residents only unfortunately.

and 3) PRACTISE!.....i did lots of research online on how to make things properly, so i use those sources and add my own interpretation to a project!?

Very nice backyard friendly cake, yea, we can create our very own small two mans army, you use the batteries at the planes and i shoot at the boats;)
