You can find infernus in insland with central park. It is in middle park west. On place with 4 enters. It is in parking :-D sorry. I cant speak english very well. :-)

I found the NRG 900 when i was Headed for the Sultan RS and some Noob RPG'd me, Also, if you didnt kno, there is a Huge Parking Garage not to far from the NRG dealer. Its filled with Turismo's and Infernu's.

in order to unlock is just keep doing mission on the GTA 4

soon or later it will say that you unlock it

Note: some island will be unlock at different time in the story, which mean you will unlock one by one not all at once.

Pretty sure that's Playboy X's house; you get it from Dwayne after you kill Playboy for him. If you killed Dwayne instead and took the 15k 'cause you're a greedy piece of shit, there's no way to get it.
