For such a big website you would think their production values could be better and recording done by someone other then a 12 year old. Overall great review. Work on your shots and perhaps do voice over while showing the bike more.
@lanlug That is deff not true either, and im sorry for sounding ignorant when i said the R6 has everything on this bike,They are both excellant bikes, Suzuki however is more rider friendly when on the road, which is why i see you saying there for "beginners" but its not for just them. R6 is more user friendly on a track.
im thinking of getting a bike and i have to choose between the gsxr 600 or the 1000 if the only thing that the 1000 gives you is more speed then im going with the 600 if someone can answer mt question plz do cause im puzzled ,':(
The 1000 is REALLY REALLY FAST, The 600 is alot slower then 1000. But too me i really dont care about the speed, I care about the looks. But if you want to use your bike for raceing then buy the GSXR 1000. If you care about the looks well you have to tell me the year of the bikes. IF i was you i'll buy the gsxr 750 2008 or 09. But like i said i only care about the looks
yeah, i know that; but the what I was wondering is what that difference was... in what way is different? it's lower, more pronunced? i don't know how to say it..
if your not going to the track and you just want a fun street bike like me go with the 600 still fun a bit better on gas and cheaper for insurance but the price difference between the 1000 and the 600 is just like a $1000 anyway
I own a 2007 gsxr 600, very very fast and reliable bike. I can tell you that no supersport exhaust sounds weak :) But they have their different pitches. Obviously a video camera going 100+ mph cannot quite capture the intensity of an exhaust with that kind of wind draft. These kind bikes all have their different tweaks that people find preferable. I'm starting to grow on the new gsxr look (front-end). You really have to view them in person to intake the full characteristics of each. :)
I don't likw the new GSXR600. I prefer the models around 1997/1998. I almost bought a 1998 model in 2003, but decided to keep my little Honda C90 instead.

the bigger the bike the lower the pitch. a 600 is sort high and buzzing noise or atleast i feel thats how it is
steady2wheels 2 years ago
Depends on how many cylinders it has really.
Here are the cylinders from lowest sounding to highest.
Single
V-twin
parallel twin
Inline triple
Inline four
V4 is hard to place.
