I personally agree acetaminophen(Tylenol) is a VERY harmful drug. But if you don't take DXM with chlorpheniramine mealate or acetaminophen the only way you could possibly die from DXM is taking around the 2000mg range. I've never met anyone stupid enough to do that since the DXM plateaus are very easy to reach below 1000mg. If you die from DXM you either unknowingly took it with other harmful chemicals or you're a fucking idiot to take that much and you probably deserve it.

Which is 960 mg.) and I went into Sleep Paralysis. I was walking around high as fuck, barely able to stand or process a thought, then I laid down for what seemed like a minute or two, (was 4 hours) and could think 100% normal. 'I think I'm dead..I overdosed and took too much. Why can't I move or wakeup?'..Pretty trippy shit
DXM is an amazing drug. that being said yes there are risks when taking it. every known drug has its side effects/adverse effects. DXM is a powerful drug and should be used VERY cautiously. i take 1g-1.5g once maybe every 3 months if that. no problems at all. habitual use on the other hand is known to be damaging. be SMART and it is reasonably safe.
the "safest" way to do dxm is to buy the pure crystals online or extract it yourself, while dxm is terrible for your brain and body on its own, there are plenty of dangerous chemicals in the syrup/gels/spray, acetaminophin is just one
(to those of you that say dxm itself is harmless you are very wrong, some of my friends clearly are changed by frequent dxm use... stick to weed for habitual use)
