Yes, he made it from a ps2 controller my im assuming. Then he used to connecter pins and attached it to the dpad....i honestly dont know the rest off hand.

It is the analogue stick from a madcatz retrocon, i fitted it to a mini usb encased it and on the psp side i added a mini usb connector wich is soldered to the psp analogue nub.
