With a more purified body, it will be easier to all of us to assimilate more "Light"and expand our consciousness. But basically it will allow us to operate on more then one Plane of existence, or dimension.

During meditation, a lot of people feel extreme lightness. Some people say floating. When I do it, it seems as if I blow with the breeze.

Really it's becoming more conscious about your own body's movement. People naturally can't sit completely still, so when you do meditation, you can feel that small movement.

It's like standing on one leg with your eyes closed, except it's a little different. Hard to explain :p

I understand what you're saying. It's normal to notice your body's every small movement when you shut everything else out. It's similar to the way blind people's other senses become sharpened. However, I feel that the floating sensation is a bit different. I've felt that sensation before, and it actually felt like my body was rising. I know that the floating wasn't happening, but I feel that my soul's energy was extending outward. Or at least that I was made more aware of it's presence.
