i figured out the kara command grab its forward down mp~back~hk, like kara command grabbing on yun with c.hk, but with c.mp on Q

When Q goes into a duck, he becomes throw invulnerable for a few frames.

Also, his command throw can be superjump-cancelled (HCB, u/b) to be throw invulnerable.
