People in the 80s said drum machines were the worst thing that ever happened to music, and that trend came and went. It's just "the thing" right now to autotune singers who, most of them really, actually can sing well.

I was prepared to dislike this, but I found it quite enjoyable. A bit faster than the Flack I'm used to, but their voices mix so well. Almost as well as Roberta & Donny. But Maxi's still in a class of his own.

It's a close copy of the original by Starship. Sometimes I can't tell the two versions apart. If you have never heard the Starship original, listen to it, I think you'll agree that Roberta's cover is a close copy. There both good records.
