  • doesnt he get a break for saving the planet?

  • it's like 3 shows (the practice, boston legal, and house) got in a car crash

  • You ooze smug, lol

  • To answer: the man "got off" because alan discovered client was son of foreign diplomat and he was deported.

  • So i've started watching Boston Legal like a week ago, and now I wonder which one came first? the practice or BL?! xD

  • @GentleGiant055 Boston Legal was a spinoff of The Practice.

  • This show was well written.

  • Woah, it's Cuddy!

  • His character got fatter and quirkier as time went on.

  • I hadn't known there was an Alan Shore before Boston Legal. Was Alan in The Practice from the beginning, or just from a certain season on?

  • as much as I hate this judge and love Alan Shore, I also wouldn't bail him out for double homicide. not because I think he would do it again, but because it's just not done in ''normal'' soceity.

  • Does this guy get off or go to jail?

  • The way Alan dealt with this judge was easily one of the ways in which he set himself up to be better than Eugene or Jimmy, who basically tripped over themselves when he wouldn't let them plead self-defense or defense of others.

  • hey .... whats cuddy doing in here???

  • I want the bit where Alan accuses the judge of being a hardass because he fancies him lol

  • @codyw1 I agree, that was very funny.

  • 1.26 it is cuddy from house

    hahaha

  • I didn't know Tara was in The Practice too

  • Alan Shore is only in the final season (series) of The Practice. He enters as an old friend of Ellenor one of the other lawyers and he was fired from his previous firm for embezzling. He is audacious and unapologetic from the start. But, more involved in shady ethical practices than he was on Boston Legal.

  • It's amazing the difference in tone of alan between the two series.

  • is this series as good as boston legal in terms of alan shaws... ability to argue amazing cases?

  • from which episode is this scene?

  • Series 8, Epsode 6 - The Lonely People

  • Thanks! ^__^ I didn't understand it was from the practice

  • It's in the title ;-)

  • Alan SHore is one of the greatest characters to ever grace the small screen..... There definitely should be "Boston Legal - THe Movie..." Who's with me? Give me a thumbs up +

  • @wynvideo

    For sure... Alan Shore...

  • @wnyvideo Two words... Denny Crane

  • @wnyvideo def top 100 characters, maybe even top 50

  • @wnyvideo

Hey, if they can make two Sex in the City movies, I then they sure as f*** can make a Boston Legal movie. Me and my fiance would see it on the first night!!!

  • I LOVE Allan Shore!!!

  • Season 1-7 or 8?

  • How did u get this?

  • so the practice wasn't about humor like boston legal but more drama, am i seeing that correct?

  • Seasons 1 - 7 were more drama than humour, with it's funny moments. Season 8 saw the begining of Alan Shore, and it was pretty more comedy but still serious.

  • there are only 5 seasons? or am i wrong?

  • @EnglishStan

boston legal only had 5 seasons

  • @beathan99

    I'm talking about The Practice!

  • @DOSkywalkR its humor mixed with drama it was awesome i miss it there was humor in it at times to make it so it wasnt so sad like there was this one ep with a pig and it was an awesome funny case

  • Automatism. Learning that now. Involuntary movement without the mind control.

  • Too bad that evil bastard of a judge didn't make it into the cast of Boston Legal. Too dark for BL perhaps.
