I made egg splatters with this to make it look like they got shot but the flour and molasses make it not work becasue it was too sticky and thick and when the person threw the egg, it didnt break. and we spent like an hour doing this. so im just saying to people who are doing egg splatters dont do this and add water instead of flour and molasses... but great job

Instead of flour you could try using corn starch. It works as a thickening agent and it would probably take less of it then of the flour to thicken the 'blood'. Just a thought.

A little confused here, if you were to "cut someones throat" since it would need to run down would you need molasses? Sorry if my question might be a little stupid.

@HamsterRecon1 The molasses won't stop it from running, it'll just make it thicker and more like a goo. For a slashed throat, I would recommend using a very small amount of molasses. That way it'll be thick, but it'll run quickly and realistically.
