I think the T-600 looks much better than the 800. It looks tougher and more action ready even if it's actually not. The ragged clothes make it look better in a post apocalyptic setting.

The skulls of the first two look completely different. The first one seems much wider.. it's like they used several versions before deciding on the final concept. Basically a T-600 is bigger, and sometimes wears rubber skin. Other than that, there seems to be no consistency.

@mcdom89 No. Its actually one of the weakest. A T-800 can easily tear a T-600 apart. The 600 is bigger,with a weaker metal. Newer technology is stronger and smaller.

I like t-600, t-700 and older Terminator models and Marcus Wright and I-950 model more than a t-800 and the other models that looked like human.

Reason is that they look more scarier than those with living tissue or mimetic polyalloy.

Salvation may have had a sparse story, but the design is definitely the best of the 4 and the visuals far exceed any movie I've ever seen.

They really nailed it with the "squeleton robot" design, it is scary and intimidating as fuck, just imagine a tipycal desing robot with a terminator role, it would not scare anyone

the t600 is the most badass of all the Terminators. carrying artillery sized weapons, it looks seriously intimidating and scary. If u saw that coming towards u, u would scared shitless! so thumbs up 2 ur comment!

@stukaBA It's not heavy armor, its a weaker, softer metal than newer, smaller models. A T-800 can easily rip a T-600 apart. "in Terminator Salvation. It shows the T-800 is far stronger as it tears a malfunctioning T-600 in half and discards it like a piece of scrap metal, proving that the T-800 is far superior and stronger due to the fact that the T-800 models were the first to be manufactured using titanium alloy." T-600's used Steel, while T-850's+ used Coltan.

The T-600 (first image) was very realistic looking, scary as hell. I was impressed, I wish they made the other Terminators that same way, instead of CGI.
