@PedroDZ from many of his energy work videos. He trully inspires me to get up and just push myself to new boundaries. As far as practice goes, i have become a little lax lately with changes going on with having started a new job and the need to be back on a regualr schedule of practice. Some nights more than others im on fire and putting candles out from much farther. Next time i get one of these nights, ill be posting again. Namaste , thank you and much love.
