All the american techniques I saw today on extrication were so bad (especially for the patient)! Now that I saw this vid I am sure that there a still better techniques out in america than the ones I saw before!

guys, please keep making these. No substitue for getting your own hands dirty but we all know we cant vent roofs and cut cars everyday. Great way to keep it fresh in your head for "The Big One."
