SMILE Scroll Pointer Help Part 1

I know this is a bit off topic, but, this has been bugging me a lot. I'm trying to use different pallete sets for Crateria, (more specifically Ceres Station). Every time I change it, it makes the screen extremely glitchy and the blocks don't act as the ones I set them as, instead, they act as the original blocks were in the original room. I changed the shape of the entire room just about. So when I walk into the first room from the landing site, I'm walking on invisible blocks... Help, please?
