I think you are using too much water, it should just be enough to get the stones rolling like a washing machine, no moor the guy that sells Diamond Pacific at the Avi Show In Nevada told me. About a Table spoon at a time you can add if it get stuck then it will move again. To Much water will make it take allot longer.
