The trick is to to look very closely in every backyard, if you see one, ask the owner for a reasonable price like €200 - €300 (for a yank that is, granadas are cheaper), load it up, build it by the rules and voila your ready to go! ;)
i have bought the bleu orange oldsmobile 442 fore 150 euro whit no engine, and i sold the rear axle for 100 euro, i replaced it whit a volvo axle and a ford motor, so the car cost me 50 euro, whitebean 331
