@1337TuRbOFTW My UI has changed since Cata, but this video uses Bartender for the buttons, Pitbull and Grid for unit frames, recount and omen for utility stuff, power auras and DBM for notifications. Everything else is pretty minor.

I got Rotface down solotanking. Almost got sindy, but the patch came out. now its alot harder on healers. but threat and health is not a prob.

@hexak1324 Just go Beast Mastery, pick talents that increase HP and Treath and gear for Resilience to have your pet crit immune.

@tddavis This unfortunately isn't true. A pet will jump behind a boss without top aggro regardless of their setting. Doesn't make much sense, but I found this out the hard way when I tried to off-tank some stuff this way.

@ArthWoW if u look at omen....the magenta bar is a pet bar...it has top agro...and when the pet has top agro it doesnt try to get behind the boss

@ArthWoW it does make sense actually, since 99% of the time the pet is there for dps and not tanking, and usually melee dps is behind the boss to avoid cleaves and whatnot.

curious, doesnt this mean the pet had to stay top aggro the whole time? if it dropped to second, wouldnt it run to behind the boss and thus screw up the saberslashes?

@ohnoezitsjoez Yup, I had to be top aggro the whole time. Our off-tank just stood on top of my pet to help eat cleaves, and didn't start attacking until I had a healthy threat lead.
