The dorian scale implies a flat 3 and flat 7. If you imply a Major 7, your scale would no longer be dorian; it would be melodic minor (first mode=flat 3) Dominant 7's and/or flat, and/or minor 7's are already a part of the dorian scale. Therefore, this scale is technically mis-labeled. However...since you used it in the 4th position of the major mode system, It's "modaly correct"
