Assault Cannon is awesome, I just have problems of getting it to work properly....sometimes when ever I use it it does the assault armor blast but nothing happens other than that. Whenever it does shoot though..get out of the way

I use the AALIYAH frame but with White Glints core + CANOPUS, MOONLIGHT, back-mounted railcannon + the BFF's spread missles (can't remember the name)

And use the BFF built shoulder missles and..crap, I just completed the game!:)

Use your Assault Armour Buttons (if you don;t know what that is you need to relearn) but make sure you have a OVERED ASSAULT ARMOUR PART.

For best results use when PA bar is full.

well speaking from my own experience with my multirole machine which has 1 gatling cannon for shooting down missiles, a ballistic rocket launcher because though they're hard to hit with their damage is insane (never follow me into a tunnel) a blade on 1 arm and a rifle on the other, its not amazing, but it can get me through all but the most difficult of missions that take a really long time

generally when i do this mission, i just blitz the land crabs and mob up the normals afterwards. the whole mission generally takes about 2-3 minutes. i am not a fan of fighing a squad of normals while their support fire from the land crabs cuts me to pieces, but you handled it nicely. well done!

I believe you get it from playing through the first storyline. If not then you get it early in the second... just make sure you do all the arena matches... Those things give you mad rewards.

You need an Overed Booster part that's equipped for Assault Armor... there ain't a lot of them, but they are out there. Anyways, when you get that thing, you hold both weapon switch buttons and hit the overed booster... and then... shit goes boom...

it starts off pretty easy/boring by the 3 mission or 5th 1on1 battle it gets better. you can change the controls but i didnt bother. you can pretty much customize any thing in this game.

u think thats bad? hit ur PA explosion with double kojima blades up close destroys anything. total of 51,546 damage and ur PA will lower your enemys PA so... bye bye watever is in front. only flaw is the range is fucking horrible for kojima blade

Let me give you a little hint on those assault cannons. dual blades + shoulder weapon that amplifies AA attack and range + Assault cannons. All you have to do is activate your AA or in this case Assault cannons and use the blade's follow ability during mid AA and you instantly wipe out your target with minimal effort. But fast mechs is a complete different story.
