@Ipwnyouforbreakfast well im just gonna say it but yeah HRE is PART of germany since many other countries were part of the holy roman empire but when the empire ended germany was the biggest representative of the empire (even though austria was like the leader) it was also easier to show him looking like germany since he lived in austrias house .

And if you watched Hetalia enough, Holy Roman Empire kisses Chibi ITALY. Who is also a boy, just mistaken as a girl. I'm not saying that they ARE both together, I'm just saying that they SORTA are.
