its not a pray, its exactly how Robert E. Howard wrote Conan back in the 30s.

He doesnt care about Crom, because Crom only cares about the strong, and the weak must die. So since Crom refuses weak's prayers, Conan, made a thougt, it was more like a conversation than a prayer. And in the end of his monologue, he kinda says " if you dont care, fuck you, i will kill'em all cuz i am Strong".

it's funny - Schwarzenegger wanted to do the voice for Conan in the German language dubbed version of Conan but they wouldn't let him. The reason was his accent. His strong Austrian accent is considered, in Germany, to be the type of accent you would expect of a rustic farmer. In other words it is the equivalent of a west country accent in Britain or a southern hick type accent in the US. They didn't think he would be taken seriously in Germany. Fortunately, in English, this is his best movie.

Just before he said "action" Milius played a trick on Arnold and had his sound man play an excerpt of Hitler giving a battle speech just to get Arnold in the mood.
