We've started a youtube channel to get real music back. Our plan is to gain subscribers, and have bands sending us demos. We'll feature the best songs on our channel, so people can stay updated on new bands. we will accept from all genres in order to get new bands signed
@92jc2005 It's a reference to Steinbeck's "East of Eden". Timshel is the hebrew word for "thou mayest" and it's a reference to the idea of free will as opposed to predestination.
I am absolutely in love with them and their ridiculous talent. They were far and away the best show at Lolla and I am counting the days until their Halloween show in Chicago.

Never been a "folk type music" fan, but this song to me is as close to perfection as I'd want to get.
I love it!
If I wrote a song like this i'd die a happy man.
Happy 2010 everybody.

I love the concept of performing this in total darkness, if where the inspiration came from is true, I love the performance throw back to it!

@92jc2005 Genesis 4:7, apparently, or at least John Steinbeck's "East of Eden". Google "Timshel", pretty fascinating.
Great vid btw, of a lovely band.
