Coole Maschine, ist echt faszinierend, was die Finnen so alles haben. Ich hab nen kleinen Schredder (20 cm ) und träume Nachts von so nem Mörderteil. Echt cool

Absolutely a great process for plantations that are flat, and have a solid road network. If the forwarder transfering chips dumped into a hopper with a conveyer, then into the chip trailer, a bit more efficient. Pre-loading chip vans, keeping the forwarding  down to no more than 800' to the roadside, and flat ground. Really neat theory, but the reality I think is this system will sink once you are in any west coast hilly terrain, plantation only.

Itse kävin vilkaisemassa erään pelle pelottoman hakelämmitystä, niin talvisin joutuu hakun kanssa hakkaamaan haketta ämpäriin kun on niin märkää ja jäässä. Hyvin palaa eikä minkäänlaisia ongelmia. Sekin lämmityshärdelli oli rakennettu hyvin pitkälti nollabudjetilla, romut kerätty maailmalta kun on eteen tullut.

In all, i love this machine. It shows Valmet dont stop on what they have and make harvesting more efficient and smart.

I think it pushed by Finland mores about ecological future, so now what before was left for decaing is absorbed with mechanical assistance. Its like a small factory on wheels, pure future.

Great concept.

Not the best execution. Handling the stuff 3 times is crazy. Build a hopper / elevator system @ roadside so the "forwarder" is taken out of the equation. What a waste of time and money that system in the vid is.

Well, what about the situation the area the harvester is proceeding is too far from the road and even the factory? The sources dont grow exactly near plant. So through offroad part forwarders are used and the last part is operated by fast road delivery.

How about those loads for the truck.. Truck seems to be quite full. Isin't weights go over if there is full loads green stuff? Or power plant.. My experience is that power plant workes is not really pleased if You deliver fresh needles. I've seen that machine in work and it fasinates me alot. But there is so much thinks why I see it can't work propably.. It's really nice if You're solve all those.
