@DjCincinnatus Sorry to be a petty bastard about this, but its not a nuclear blast test, its an old seat ejection test. They wanted to see what sort of wind speeds could be withstood by an unprotected face should the worst occur during an ejection at high speeds in aircraft (or spacecraft). I saw this exact footage once before, and it was featured in the 1998 guiness book of records for the highest wind speed endured unprotected. It was basically an ejection seat along the ground.

@cruisingcody If I remember rightly, it was something like 560km/h. But I can only remember the letters in the Guiness book of records i saw it in, so it may have been 650km/h. It was in that kind of range though, for sure. I have tried many times to locate information on the ejection online but cant find any as I cant remember the details. I cant find the old book of records. I have it somewhere, once I find it, I will reply and let you know.
