One thing I noticed is that you didn't use direct manipulation on the lists - you aren't limited to the mouse wheel. It works just like iPhone; grab the list and throw it to see what I'm mean.
We'll be pushing a click-once update most likely tomorrow which addresses the high memory usage somewhat. We have also added in a replies view. In future updates we'll include Twitpic integration as well as other features.

I had a few graphics bugs though, so it works best on Vista/7.

Great review, I have to try out Blu on win7. HD video is incredible for these types of tutorials, btw. Looks like almost native resolution.
