Mac is number 1 in customer service because they get that loads of cash from buying their hardwares and softwares.. whereas pc again is a personal computer (Don't flame I know it's a term of windows) Windows don't sell hardwares.. they only sell the software.. their OS, so basically they don't don't need much of a good customer service system.. it totally should be handled by it's original hardware distributor.. say dell, Avio, Hp, etc, etc. Thank you.

There have been so many times when I went to the store I bought my computer from, showed them the receipt and warranty and they said, "There's nothing I can do for you unless you pay me another $150." MY personal experience from the Genius Bar is much better.

@RisinT96: Mac is not based on Linux. It's based on FreeBSD Unix, which has kernel extensions to PARTIALLY support Linux system calls. And then there's a whole lot of other differences, too (non-visual). It has none of the features that make Linux as secure as it is, and by taking the bsd-architecture and turning it upside-down, it introduced a whole lot of new security problems. Mac's security is not superior, it's actually inferior to all of the others, including but not limited to Windows.

My custom rig has literally 3 times better specs than the BEST Mac and is literally HALF the price, and everyone thinks you need to be a genius to build a PC, all you need is 7 parts, hand it in to a computer store and pay them 20 dollars to build it for ya, and you get a superior machine for extremely cheap.

Often when I watch a youtube vid or play minecraft, the screen turns blurry for a few seconds, then it goes back to a frozen screen. I have left my mac for more than 45 mins to see what happens, but I always have to force restart :(
