Use a noise gate in your DAW. I use the Cubase Gate but there are some good free ones if you don't own one. There's really no way to remove the buzz from the amp without fx unless you buy a noise gate and put it before the amp. I'm not sure if it will help, but you can try.
@Salguodnz you probably have the volume to high on your amp. Put it lower and then it wont buzz as much. It is not the amp but the volume is too high for recording.
@Salguodnz You might also try backing away from the monitor to record the guitar. Sometimes, even with flat screen monitors, you get interference. Sometimes, just pointing the guitar pickups away from the monitor works.
@AuroraRegalis The reason is I used the shitty record out instead of actually mic'ing the amp. And good job for not being a troll loser like the rest of the fools on youtube.
can this amp handle heavy metal without buzzing a lot? I usually run a heavy distortion pedal through my amps, in this case the metal core pedal from boss
Damn dude, you suck. Timings off and your limp fucking wrist is fretting notes that don't even belong. Maybe you should use the money you've been begging your parents for, and use it on some lessons, instead of buying some weak-ass equipment that try's to mask your untalented faggoty ass. Bitch!
Hmm, first of all I made that about a year ago so I'm better now. Second, it was to show off the tone and recording quality of the vypyr - not my skills. Third, I can probably rape your homo ass at the guitar. I'm probably a hell of a lot more rich than you. Hell you probably live in your moms basement. So shut the fuck up.
so there is no way to get rid of the speaker cabinet on the headphone out
that would be really great as impulse response files can get awesome guitar sounds coupled with almost any guitar preamp digital tube or vst simulator
Yeah that would be awesome. Then again, the vypyr sounds almost exactly like revalver MK III so you could just buy that. It's based on the same modeling engine and everything.
what amp on the vypyer is the messa model? sorry if i sound stupid but i just got one yesterday and im wanting to get this kinda tone but couldnt find out how...
Sorry, I AM using the 30 I just put the wrong picture in there. The peavey 30 does have a record out, but it's not USB. It's just a headphone jack with a simulated cabinet. Micing the amp sounds much better of course.
hey nice sound, did you use the amp output or a mic to record.

Yes, but it will sound much better if you ditch the metal core pedal and use the distortion on the Vypyr
