Jimmy Swaggart like the other Saints of God got up went to our Lord Jesus for a cleansing and continued serving the Lord. The devil and his agents want Rev. Swaggart to stay down. I too attended this thanksgiving campmeeting. It was such a wonderful time. Both the preaching and the worship were awesome. I remember Charles Greenaway and another AG preacher who made us laugh so much with his serious Gospel message
This reminds me a lot of my church. I attend First Assembly of God in Van Buren, Arkansas. We are a pentecostal church that still sings the old songs, and yet we are one of the largest A/G Sunday Schools in the nation averaging over 2,500. People are hungry for a real move of God
You are absolutely right. When I was coming up in Pentecost they taught against Rock in the church and out of it. Now we are fully saturated with it. I still believe the old time way. I'm 36 years old and still shout the old time way in an old fashioned holiness pentecostal church in Prim, Arkansas
