Too bad Robotech the live-action movie will not look anything like this Macross Pachinko commercial. HG/Robotech screwed Big West and the rest of the Macross team and now it's returning to bite them in the ass! HG can't use any of the VF-1 Valkyrie (Veritech) designs nor can they use the SDF-Macross Saga storyline.

You can expect a completely different story and a Veritech that'll probably look like Starscream from Michael Gay's Transformers....HAHAHA.

@javizho777 Vi las dos series (los 85 cap. de robotech y sus peliculas las cuales fueron un asco y los 36 cap. de la serie original de Macross con sus peliculas, ovas y las series que salieron despues.) y en la serie original no es isla Macross, es isla de Ataria Sur.

Good work. I would like to see any movie or television series that stayed true to the robotech concept. Sure if a series was done, more character interaction would be nice. But over all keep to the story line of the original. But we all know how some things can get all messed up when they are redone. usually killing off any future shows or movies

@lexos001 comprendo que como fanático esperas con ansias aquella película pero todo lo que hay es rumores... rumores que fácilmente se han esparcido por internet. Difícilmente si llegara a salir la película seria algo bueno desde ya lo puedo anunciar con toda seguridad. I know that. HG screwed up badly with Robotech adaptation, it is true. But you have to know that this was the only way to bring Macross overseas, otherwise we might never knew about it. Robotech is a double edged sword so you have to be careful about it.
