  • Great Performance here ! After all these years listening, I am just now getting a real aprreciation for the extent of Andy's musicality - this fellow has just a great creative ear for melody, rythms and progression. What a gifted, young man he is, indeed ! I love the bass- Corrince is really singing here -wow !

  • String arrangement by Jimmy Webb....and backed by Level 42....amazingly...and thankfully doesn't sound dated!!!!

  • How is it possible that this is 20 yrs old already??? I love how this song incorporates the great eras of music all in one--a doo wop-style vocal & piano, 60s divas (like Dusty/Aretha/Dionne, etc.), the Spector "wall of sound", the Bacharach-Hal David sound..on & on. Also a nice touch to honor Toots, blending in his "Midnight Cowboy" theme near the close. And there's Corinne! Stunning lady with a stunning voice. Absolute class act!

  • Maravilhosa banda, realmente, Corinne Drewary possui uma voz celestial, essa música é das esferas dos céus!

    Roberto-São Paulo, SP, Brasil.

  • Just gorgeous . . . and so is Corrine!

  • This was in Birmingham at the convention centre..Not Royal Albert Hall!

  • Indeed, noted, and denoted. Funny how many believe this took place at Royal Albert Hall, London, UK. Who started that urban legend? lol

  • Brings out memories of their 1992 concert in Manila. Rock on SOS, you guys rule!!!

  • The best song from 80's so class and elegant

  • Swing out Sister are better then MAncini, BAcharach and all the others they tried to emulate... They became one in a Million band!!! The best God has ever created!!!

  • Pure Class!

  • ezmoose, Thanks for posting. I did have this whole gig on video years ago but can no longer find it!! Can you put the other tracks on here? The whole gig was superb.... Will Downing, Nigel Kennedy, Mica Paris, they were all stunning.

  • Classic and Elegant..

  • Yep, this is from the 1989 Prince's Trust Concert in Birmingham, UK. I have the video CD of this and watch it quite often. Level 42 was "on fire" at this show.

Keep in mind that Prince Charles and Diana are in the audience.

  • Indeed, noted, and denoted.
