As a year or two went i listened to gradually heavier bands, and was able to appreciate the musicality and technicality which most people can't. I still appreciate other genres of music of course. And he's obviously a fan of their music, because he quit Arsis to join TBDM. And he's definitely improved their leads tenfold.

This band has grown so much, and their fans just refuse to move out of their "Halloween-esque" albums, which there were only two of. It's still the exact same band.

@XboxNurdsUnite i have to say that while i do agree with the fact that the oldlead had more feeling, listening to him live was almost painful. It was almost as if he struggled playing their music. their new lead has put in a LOT of technicality since he joined. His live performances are MUCH better and he can nail a lot of the solo's. While i like both guitarists and personally believe feel/emotion of the music is true artistic talent, complexity is also a factor. its a tough choice for me.
