Uilleann Pipes in C part 2

I will be buying a ticket to Japan for a month long visit, so where could I hear some ceol? And I mean good music, obviously more interested in Japanese music but as an amateur small-piper and bad musician of many instruments curious.

you can get a second hand set but if you were to buy from a uilleann pipe maker the waiting list would be a few months

Concert D sets are fine, but flat sets are the best.
