The NHL changes it's standards all the time. Over 3 months ago Malkin cheap shoted Willie Mitchell who's been out with a concussion ever since. Maybe his career's over. No suspension, no penalty. Didn't even look at it.

It wasn't like Bergeron turned into the boards at the last second. He was facing the boards the entire time and Adams tried to hurt him. There is no excuse for a hit like that. Again, the NHL is a fucking joke. It's blatantly obvious who they want in the finals again...

What a disgusting, cowardly hit. He had Bergeron's numbers in his sight the whole time. Bergeron didn't turn. Adams lined him up. Good call by the refs on the ice, but now it's up to the league to follow this up with a suspension. Minimum 2 games because it came in the last minutes of the game. Anything less would be garbage.
