Hi I weight over 300lbs myself and I need your help. I dont know much about HCG, but I would like to learn. I feel interested in the drops. I need a change in my life, I'm tired of the fat and the pain that comes with it! What food will I need? Where did you buy your drops? Do I need the book? Help!

Did you get a response on what happens to the skin. I was at 288 now at 267; however I seem to keep losing the same 20 lbs over and over, so I am thinking about starting the HCG protocol. Any tips do's and dont's. Your videos inspired me because I could relate to you. You are a pretty plus size woman and I can relate to that. If the wedding has already taken place congrats. I am also engaged and we have not set a date yet. I want to be in shape before we are married.

Hi, I have been on hcg injections for 15 days. I lost 9 lbs in the first 10 days and now I've been at 232 for the past 5 days. How do I get off this plateau- only 9 lbs is NOTHING. HOw did you lost 42 so quickly. I have a 1/2cc syringe and so I put in 40- isn't that equal to 20 cc's. What do you do exactly? I'm very discouraged. I get on the eliptical 10 min a day and really sweat. I've been perfect on the diet.
Wow, 42lbs gone! That is awesome! Congrats on getting married. I don't like my upper arms or thighs. I always try to hide them. I've read where the HCG is suppose to help reshape your body, hopefully help tighten, too. MSM supplement is suppose to help tighten loose skin but the pills I got were like horse pills (very big). I haven't been taking them regularly to know if they do work. I will probably start lifting weights to help tighten loose skin. Where are u going for your honeymoon?
My mom has lost 73lbs in 3 rounds and her skin is definitely tightening up, with 40+ more to go. But this is where the wait time in between takes into play. For example, during the protocol (no offense mom) she was getting a little bit of a saggy neck, a few weeks into stabilization it was tightened back up. Remember its not just the 3 weeks of p3 but 3 more of easing into regular foods and then the additional weeks on the subsequent rounds. If you want more info bout this message me.

In your case, you know if you're really losing weight when after drop a load you can reach your ass. If you do so you are losing weight!
