I compare every automobile I drive to my 1972 MBZ 280 se 4.5, had it for 6 years, brought it back to near perfect stock condition, have had 4 more since, and while I only drive German cars, nothing comes close to this car I owned, practical, strikingly gorgeous, comfortable, extremely powerful, and a fine example of German technology. I WILL own another someday...........great had wet eyes by the time it finished, my favorite love affair of my 46 years.,
