Yes there is plans for a 2nd season the only thing is the manga isn't even that far ((This series is still fairly new, infact the english dubs were only finished a few months ago I belive but i'm just talking from the top of my head so i could be wrong))

from what i have seen 7 episodes are on youtube dubbed in english, and yes all the episodes are in a weird order ((actually episode 1 barely fits in order because it barely has to do with the series at all))
