Wow, Ms Chaloux, you look so, so, SO amazing in that clip you did with Vince DelMonte. Phenomenal abs. I mean, just absolutely incredible. Hell, I might even go and do some sit-ups, or buy one of those ab machines off the infomercials, even if P&P does cost a bundle. I hope you haven't let yourself go and turned into a couch potato. Man, I would be so upset.

Would seem prudent to go from the forearm curls right into body drag curls with same bar then roll right into lying arm extensions with same bar for triceps.
