There was no such thing as skill on this level on 00 Agent when you were nine years old. There was only luck. I can remember getting to the "Finish the job, James... If you can!" part with only a sliver of health, and falling off of the fucking platform before Trevelyan even got a shot off.

Frigate is the best, but people probably like Cradle cause the level is one big boss battle. That's not done often nowadays, with the exception of Shadow of the Colossus.

Well the game Crysis had a boss battle, not a "big" one. Admittedly not as big as Goldeneye had. But yeah, there are still a lot of games that have boss battle, but you are correct. No game that I have played has had a "big boss battle". Well except for maybe Metal Gear Solid Three.

This music is brilliant for it's purpose. It's a final level tune with the Bond-esque touch that just made it so perfect.

It does a great job of creating the sense of panic and speed that's necessary for a final level where the world is at stake.

Cradle's an awesome theme, especially at the start when the theme starts to get going and you're running up the bridge/antenna and trying to catch Alec Travelyn at the start of the level. Really gets you pumped up.
